Aja Apollo
Aja Apollo, out of the lovely Sanadik El Shaklan daughter Sanadina, is sired by the young stallion Aja Angelo, 2011 Gold Champion Colt at the Towerlands show in the UK. Aja Angelo boasts a plethora of classically typy horses in his ancestry, beginning with his sire, WH Justice. El Shaklan, Kubinec, Ali Jamaal, and the Ansata Halim Shah son Crusader are other luminaries that feature prominently in his pedigree. In tail female he traces to Heloua, a mare bred by the famous Lodge Stud Farm and sired by their El Shaklan son Maleik El Kheil.
Through his dam, Sanadina, Aja Apollo brings another line to El Shaklan as well as a second line to Ansata Ibn Halima throught his son El Hilal. The dam line of Aja Apollo has been one of consistent international success as well, as his granddam China Moon has been a broodmare of distinction. She traces in tail female to the mare Haffia, imported by Homer Davenport to the United States in 1906. Haffia’s sire was a Hamdani Simri of great fame among the Anazeh tribe, while her dam was an Abbayah war mare that had been captured from the Shammar in a raid.
